This appears to be the 100th post of GovtMedia.LunaCrats! Sweet.
The House of Representatives are going to put out a "Cut, Cap, and Balance" plan, and will be voting on it soon. I think there is a good chance the House Republicans will pass it, then pass it on to the President and the Senate. With the "hot potato" passed on, it will be the onus of the President and Senate to pass this, as they have not set forward a plan of their own, and are unwilling to do meaningful negotiating over the issue.
My suggestion to the House, for what it's worth: put the entire "cut, cap, and balance" bill out there so that everyone can read it. Then the Dems can't say, "Where's their plan?" or complain that the Republicans are hypocritical by doing the same "We have to pass the bill so that we can learn what's in it" Nancy Pelosi approach. Well, they can, but it won't be true. Once that has been done, I think people will see through the Democrats, even with the media bias. They will own it all.

My comment to the end of the Fox article: Indeed Mr. President, this is a golden opportunity to do something significant. From the beginning of your presidency you had the goodwill to do great things for our nation without doing the serious damage you have done to our economy and American credibility throughout the world. Your policies are a great disgrace to us all, and you have squandered that goodwill. We look forward to a new president righting wrongs you have wrought upon our nation.
